Drop-in Volunteer Events

• Fabric Folding and Sorting Social - Fridays, 10am-12pm
  Join interesting volunteers for socializing and get the first peek at new fabric materials! We fold and measure fabric to make it easy for people to make their projects! No need to RSVP. This is a delightful, casual activity.

• Sorting and Stocking Social
  Want to see what's been donated and help get it displayed so it can find its next home. We're host regular sorting and stocking socials so folks can meet and donated supplies don't end up in storage - because that's not the point!) No need to RSVP. This is a delightful, casual activity.

  • Thursdays, January 8, 15, 22, 29 - 12-2pm - if we have a special stocking focus, we will let you know!

Current Needs

• Knitting and Crochet Kit Making! We provide the materials, you put them together for someone to start a project. We are looking for folks to assemble all of the pieces needed for embroidery, quilting, knitting, and other sewing kits!

• Quilt Kit Making

• Social Media - Instagram, Facebook, especially reels

• Email - Mailchimp

• Photography - take photos of the shop, volunteers, and more to help us share our store

• Bookkeeping

• Grant writing

• Share your knowledge of materials - help sort and make supplies easy to navigate so they find their next home. Help stock the store so folks can start or finish their next project!

• We are forming advisory committees for Creative Reuse Montana and the Craft Supply Swap.

• Planning community events with instructors
